Deep experience building integrated and diverse creative departments, leading cross-functional teams, mentoring young talent, public speaking and creating everything from SuperBowl campaigns to social and digital activations for established brands and start-ups.

Helped grow DeutschLA and built the first integrated creative group within the agency. As ECD at Barkley in Kansas City, doubled the size of the creative and production departments to over 90 people,  we won 7 new business pitches and the most awards and PR to date for the agency. Helped transition Heat from a TV-led independent agency to a fully-integrated creative agency within Deloitte, winning 11 new clients in 12 months.
